Mexico IX - Valle de Bravo
After seeing the butterflies we drove through Valle de Bravo to this lovely little town. We ate at a restaurant overlooking the lake and terracotta rooftops. It felt much more like Europe than Mexico. The kids loved exploring the markets in town (Michoacan) and eating ice cream at a plaza in the centro. I think the pictures speak for themselves.
(Am I posting too many pics? What do you want to see, more of the kids, or more of the sights? Feedback is appreciated!)

Amazing pictures Suz..keep them coming. Mexico is so colorful! The girls and I just saw an Imax movie about the Monarch migration at the science museum a few weeks ago and I was wondering if you were going to see it.
Your pictures are so fun! They make me want to come visit!
Great post Suz - these are adventures!
Here is my feedback: Post the pictures with explanations below because I don't know what goes with what. Also I especially love the kids commentaries on the culture and randomness. Have the kids help you write up more funny things that happen. And keep them coming
I want to see more of your everyday doings as well.
I LOVE pictures. BUT I don't speak Spanish so if you use a word in Spanish please but the English translation next to it! It seriously looks like you are on vacation!
Suz--great photos you have the photographer "gene". I love seeing these, but agree with Al -put info under so we know what we are looking at. I am really jealous of the great adventures you are having with your family.
Love the pictures. Almost every horrific student I taught in high school was from Michoacan specifically. What's wrong with that town? I've always wanted to know.
Suz, GREAT pictures! You'll have to make a photobook of your artsy pictures of mexico.
Nah, never too many pictures! I think you have a good balance of kids and sights.
Thank you for the comment on my blog. You are having an adventure! I love seeing all your beautiful pictures.
Hey, Suzanne! I found your blog from Lauren's. Your pictures make me miss you! You can't post too many of them. How is everything going? I hope you're doing well!
